✳ standup.
A PLACE TO PICK UP THE THREAD

Your work, with context.

A small, open-source app for people who attend more than one standup.

Different teams. One timeline.

Keep progress, next steps and notes together, with a client and one or more projects. Multiple meetings on the same day stay separate. A recurring blocker has one stable identity, a since date and a history of resolution evidence.

Remember the idea, find the source.

Layer combines full-text, fuzzy and semantic retrieval over structured documents backed by Turbopuffer. Search a ticket or describe what you remember; context and date filters apply to every retrieval leg. Open a note to see its original source, summary and transcript evidence separately. This app uses native embeddings and Layer’s search endpoint, with reranking disabled so the setup has no additional reranker dependency.

Your private work stays private.

This public demo contains only fictional read-only history. A private instance uses a separate namespace, an owner token and server-side backend credentials. Access is checked before search, detail, facets, export or writes. A public demo never falls back to private data. The first version is for a single owner; it does not provide team administration or per-user sharing.

Call notes are optional.

Use manual paste, or connect a server-side Granola adapter. Preview a call, choose its context and edit the draft. Source ID, revision and context make imports idempotent. A proposal stays a proposal; a summary is not transcript evidence. Nothing syncs in the background.

Run your own.

The repository includes the Worker, a local server, CLI, fictional seed, archive importer and portable skill. Canonical notes are Layer documents. Direct Turbopuffer mode is not supported or claimed.
